The ORCATF is a multi-partner trust funds established under the Ocean Resilience and Coastal Adaptation Financing Partnership Facility to help DMCs increase the finance for and the quality of investments in ocean health (including resilience and the blue economy) and coastal adaptation.

Organizational and Decision Making Structure

The ADB ORCA-FPF Executive Committee allocates resources for projects from ORCA-TF.

Eligibility Criteria

ADB DMCs eligible for support from the ORCA-TF include those that border the ocean, a sea, or a major river that drains to the ocean.
