The Ocean Resilience and Coastal Adaptation Trust Fund (ORCATF) was established in March 2023 to increase the quantity and quality of investments in ocean health (including resilience and the blue economy) and coastal adaptation.

Project implementation, supervision, and monitoring will be conducted by user departments following ADB’s standard policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Developing member countries eligible for support from the ORCATF include all those that border the ocean, a sea, or a major river that drains to the ocean.
Eligible Countries
East Asia and Pacific.
