The Technology Needs Assessment (TNA) Handbook builds on lessons from earlier TNA efforts, offering a systematic approach for conducting TNA in order to identify, evaluate and prioritize mitigation and adaptation technologies. It addresses the increasing importance of technology issues on the agenda of negotiations on a future climate policy regime.
