The Climate and Clean Air Coalition can support countries eligible for official development assistance by providing access to technical experts within their partnership and small-scale grants for short-term services, such as guidance on technology options, funding opportunities, and policy development.
CACC’s Targeted Expert Assistance service provides timely short-term assistance to help advance short-lived climate pollutant mitigation planning and implementation.
Assistance services typically last less than 12 months and are small in scale (up to US $50,000). These services are implemented by means of an international expert.
The Targeted Expert Assistance service is available to national, subnational, and municipal governments as well as Regional Economic Integration Organisations that are eligible for official development assistance.
