The Guiding Toolkit for Increasing Climate Change Resilience provides guidance and recommendations on how to develop climate change resilient strategies and plans at national, sub-national and local levels. The guidebook does this by delineating and sharing participatory methodologies and approaches tested by project partners to integrate climate change risks into local and national plans, policies & strategies in the region. It includes six steps, being (1) resilience vision, (2) resilience assessment, (3) resilience strategy development, (4) planning, (5) implementation, (6) reflection. This toolkit provides actors with a set of tools and guidelines for four major sectors (Agriculture, Water, Social and Ecological).
