Identifying and prioritising technologies for mitigation

This guidance describes the process of conducting a technology prioritization exercise using multicriteria analysis. The objective of this guidance is to support consultants, decision makers, and technical experts in conducting and facilitating the prioritization of mitigation technologies. It has been primarily written for those working on Technology Needs Assessments during Phase II of the TNA project.
