The 2020 Pocket Guide explains the provisions of the Paris Agreement adopted in 2015, and of the Katowice rulebook adopted in 2018. This 2020 version of the Pocket Guide elaborates on how NDCs can be enhanced and how a global stocktake can encourage greater ambition.
