The Sensitivity Matrix is a spreadsheet tool that allows transportation agencies and other infrastructure managers to document the sensitivity of roads, bridges, airports, ports, pipelines, and rail to 11 climate impacts: increased temperature and extreme heat, precipitation-driven inland flooding, sea level rise/extreme high tide, storm surge, wind, drought, dust storms, wildfires, winter storms, changes in freeze/thaw, and permafrost thaw.
