Democratic Republic of the Congo

The Democratic Republic of the Congo submitted its revised NDC in 2021. The country commits to an unconditional emissions reduction target of 2% and a conditional target of 21% by 2030. The revised NDC covers the agriculture, forestry, health, coastal areas, energy, and waste sectors. The estimated cost of NDC implementation is USD 25.6 billion for mitigation actions and USD 23.08 billion for priority adaptation measures.
