Bolivia
Bolivia summitted its first NDC in 2016 and its updated NDC in 2022. The updated NDC covers mitigation and adaptation targets related to energy, forestry, water, and agriculture. Additionally, the NDC articulates nine transversal areas for climate crisis management in climate planning in Bolivia related to climate justice, multiculturalism, human rights, poverty reduction, environmental education, gender and intergenerational justice, biocentrism, climate risk, and innovation, science, and technology.

Climate Commitments
- Membership: member since 2017
- Country Engagement: Since joining the Partnership, Bolivia has requested support related to capacity building and knowledge products; design or improve policies, strategies, plans, and legislation and Improve coordination and whole-of-society approach. Bolivia will begin developing an NDC implementation plan in 2023 with Partnership support. In addition, partners have supported various activities, including a cross-sectoral NDC implementation strategy, and sectoral workshops to update NDC indicators.
