Climate Vulnerability Monitor
Developer or Source:
DARA
The Climate Vulnerability Monitor (2nd Ed.) measures the global impact of climate change and the carbon economy at a national level, intended to provide a fuller understanding of the climate crisis and support vulnerable communities. It calculates and compares the vulnerability of 184 countries in four areas of impact (environmental disaster, habitat change, health impact and industry stress) using 34 climate and carbon related indicators. The monitor uses five levels of vulnerability, from acute to low, to compare and contrast nations (only two countries can be compared at the same time).
