Amine Ammor is a Country Engagement Specialist for Francophone Africa and the MENA region for the NDC Partnership Support Unit.

Prior to joining the NDC Partnership, Amine was working with UNDP in Rwanda leading partnerships, resource mobilization and innovation work for a flagship regional programme implemented in 28 countries in Africa. In his role, he built strong partnership networks with governments, UN and development agencies, multilateral banks, private sector, non-profits and civil society.

Amine has also worked with the Global Green Growth Institute HQ in Seoul, Korea on country portfolio management and green growth planning and implementation for Africa, Europe and the Middle East, and with the UNDP Seoul Policy Centre for Global Development Partnerships, working with governments and UN agencies to promote effective development cooperation, South-South and Triangular Cooperation and higher quality programming and action. He worked on various topics including environmental and urban development, waste and water management, transportation, new technologies for development, among others.  

Amine holds a MA in International Development Cooperation and in Business Strategy & Management from Yonsei University and a BS/BA in Computer Science and English literature.
