Victoria Ramirez Betancor

Victoria Ramirez Betancor is a Partnership Action Fund (PAF) Senior Officer at the NDC Partnership’s Support Unit and is based in Bonn, Germany. Since the early stages of the fund’s development, she has supported the PAF, leading key initiatives such as preparing the call for proposals (CFP), organizing evaluation committees and coordinating the development of the scope of work.  

Victoria has over six years of experience in finance, cash management operations in conflict regions, project management and grants management. She briefly worked as a consultant at Ernst and Young before transitioning to the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS). At UNOPS, she supported complex operations and facilitated high-impact projects. 

Victoria holds a B.A. in international business from the University of Barcelona and an M.S. in international affairs and diplomacy from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR).
