Victoria is a Spanish national, who holds a degree in International Business and a Master's in International Affairs, with a special focus on the Paris Agreement and Climate Change. She is currently working as a Project Management Associate (Project Coordinator) for the Partnership, from the UNOPS side. Previously, she was working as a Finance Associate for UNOPS in the Copenhagen Headquarters.
