Talia is the Thematic Engagement Lead at the NDC Partnership Support Unit and is based in Tucson, Arizona. She is responsible for driving the Support Unit’s partner engagement on key thematic areas of priority. She leads discussions on emerging topics, organizes convenings and develops knowledge products aligned with the needs of our member countries. 

Prior to joining the Partnership, Talia was the Engagement Manager with the Climate Resilience Practice at World Resources Institute (WRI), where she led partner engagement and communications for the Adaptation Action Coalition and research and project management across WRI’s international adaptation portfolio. Previously, Talia worked as a biological scientist with the National Park Service in Alaska and California.  

Talia holds a Master of Science in Natural Resources from Cornell University with an emphasis on community-based research and climate adaptation. She has a B.A. from Oberlin College in geology and environmental studies.
