Shaida Seni

Mozambique In-Country Facilitator

Shaida Seni is an economist graduated from the Catholic University of Mozambique. She is a professional facilitator with a strong participatory and inclusive approach, and more than 15 years of experience in group facilitation. She has spent over 25 years improving the business environment and strengthening MPMEs. During this time, she was involved in the monitoring of the National Business Environment Strategy 2008-2012 (EMAN I) and then led the elaboration of the National Business Environment Strategy 2013-2017 (EMAN II) and the National Action Plan for the Improvement of the Business Environment 2019-2021 (PAMAN) in Mozambique. Shaida is embedded in the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Fisheries.
