Rui Dolabella

Rui Dolabella works as a Country Engagement Specialist at the NDC Partnership Support Unit in Bonn, Germany. He collaborates closely with Anglophone and Lusophone African countries, including Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Sudan, and São Tomé and Príncipe.

Rui has been involved in a variety of large-scale infrastructure and environmental initiatives for over a decade. These initiatives have covered multiple sectors, including energy, transportation, and sanitation. As a result, he has gained valuable experience in nearly all aspects of project development, from initial planning to final delivery. This includes financial structuring, implementation, and most importantly, integration. Additionally, Rui has played a key role in several projects developed under Carbon Markets.

Rui has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Biological Sciences. He has also completed an MBA from the University of São Paulo (USP) and holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
