Olaodjewou Benoit Odjougbele
Benin In-Country Facilitator
Olaodjewou (Ola) Odjougbele is the NDC Partnership In-Country Facilitator for Benin and is embedded in the Ministry of Living Environment and Transports. He graduated from the Faculty of Agronomy of the University of Parakou (Benin) and has an additional degree in climate change and sustainable development from the Agrhymet Regional Centre of Niger. He has led the stocktaking for National Adaptation Planning in Benin and conducted the mainstreaming of climate change in the National Development Plan (PND 2018-2025) and the Health Sector National Development Plan (PNDS 2018-2022). He also worked with the Ministry of Living Environment and Sustainable Development on climate governance for the formulation of Benin National Adaptation Planning and the NDC implementation and climate finance access.
