Nidal Tayeh

Nidal Tayeh is a Country Engagement Specialist at the NDC Partnership Support Unit and is based in Bonn, Germany. In his role, Nidal collaborates with governments and international partners to support the implementation of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and promote climate action in multiple countries. 

Prior to joining the NDC Partnership, Nidal held leadership positions at the Brussels Energy Club and the International Energy Charter, where he led initiatives to promote energy efficiency, renewable energy and sustainable development. With over 20 years of experience, he has developed expertise in energy policy, stakeholder engagement and strategic partnerships. 

Nidal holds an advanced degree in economics and business, specializing in renewable energy investment. He is dedicated to fostering collaboration and innovation to address climate change effectively.
