Morgan Nightingale
Climate Finance Analyst
Morgan Nightingale is a Climate Finance Analyst with the NDC Partnership Support Unit and is based in Washington, D.C. Morgan works on strategic planning and implementing the Partnership’s finance strategy, including supporting finance-related country and partner engagement efforts, organizing convenings and events, developing analytical products and managing data on finance-related matters. Prior to joining the Support Unit, Morgan worked as a knowledge specialist consultant, graduate research assistant, and program manager. Morgan has worked as a consultant for the United Nations Foundation on smallholder farmer access to climate finance in sub-Saharan Africa. She has held positions at the International Research Institute for Climate and Society, where she supported the development of a climate basis training tool to upskill government officials, and at the nonprofit New York Cares, where she facilitated volunteer management to mobilize the emergency food network across New York City in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Morgan holds an M.A. in climate and society from Columbia Climate School and a B.A. in food studies, policy, and politics from The New School.
