Martine Hekstra

Martine Hekstra is a Junior Consultant at the NDC Partnership Support Unit. Working remotely from the Netherlands, she assists the Support Unit in country engagement and operations work.   

Prior to starting her four-month trajectory at the Partnership, Martine was pursuing her M.S. in international development studies at Wageningen University. As a final component of her studies, she worked as an intern in the climate department of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
