Mahgam Rahimi Sohi

Mahgam Rahimi Sohi is a Partnership Action Fund (PAF) Monitoring and Reporting (M&R) Associate for the NDC Partnership Support Unit; he is based in Bonn, Germany. Mahgam supports the Country Engagement and PAF Core Teams and contributes to the Project Management Support Officer by communicating with implementing partners and monitoring the progress of grant activities. 

Prior to joining the NDC Partnership, Mahgam worked for sequa gGmbH and Relief International (RI). She specialized in technical and vocational education and training (TVET) and running educational programs for refugee host communities, where she implemented capacity-building programs and skills-training activities for refugee groups. 

Mahgam holds a master’s degree in international business administration (IBA) with a concentration in control management from Europa-Universität Viadrina and an executive M.B.A. with a focus on strategy management. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in public management.
