Jen Bogle

Jen Bogle is the Head of Communications at the NDC Partnership Support Unit and is based in Washington, DC. Jen drives internal communications for the Support Unit and the external communications strategy for the NDC Partnership, overseeing its execution by the Support Unit and coordinating with members and partners to enhance the brand, influence and impact of the Partnership. 

With nearly 20 years of experience, Jen has facilitated interdisciplinary collaboration among elected officials, private executives and technical experts to design and execute public-facing campaigns and stakeholder engagement strategies for local, regional and global climate and sustainability initiatives. Before joining the Support Unit, Jen was Head of Global Communications at ICLEI where she oversaw a team of writers, press officers, web designers and multimedia specialists. Her expertise spans project management, employee engagement and writing, editing and distributing a wide range of content from news articles and press releases to technical reports and stakeholder outreach materials. 

Jen has an M.A. in urban and environmental policy from Tufts, an M.L.A. in industrial-organizational Psychology from Harvard and B.A. in environmental studies from Connecticut College.
