Daniel Cooper Bermudez

Daniel is the Global Facilitators Coordinator in the NDC Partnership Support Unit, based out of Bonn. He coordinates NDC Partnership's network of in-country facilitators through network-building and knowledge exchanges; facilitator onboarding and capacity-building; and supporting recruitment, contract management, reporting, and performance. 

Prior to joining NDC Partnership, Daniel worked in Venezuelan human rights organizations Civilis Derechos Humanos and the Comisión para los Derechos Humanos del Estado Zulia (Codhez), strengthening Venezuelan civil society and the human rights movement through network-building, capacity-building, strategic communications and advocacy, and project management. 

Daniel is a Political Scientist from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford.
