Cyusa Rwamucyo is a recent Yale graduate with bachelor’s degrees in French and economics, with a focus in development economics. Prior to the Partnership, he worked with the Rwandan Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning in the macroeconomic department, mainly tracking the impact of COVID-19 on tax revenue and employment in the formal sector. Cyusa was also a Research Aide at the Rwandan embassy in Tokyo studying the development policies of post-war Japan, as well as an intern at Social Enterprise Ghana where he handled their data management processes.
