Christine Luttmer

Christine Luttmer is the Country Engagement Project Manager for the NDC Partnership Support Unit and is based in Washington D.C. She manages technical assistance funds and projects in member countries. She works closely with development partners to mobilize coordinated technical and financial assistance in response to country needs. 

Prior to joining WRI, Christine worked at the International Monetary Fund supporting technical assistance and financial sector assessment programs. Before that, she worked at the United Nations Habitat III Conference in New York and Quito, the EU Delegation to Australia in Canberra, and the German Consulate in San Francisco. 

Christine holds a M.A. in International Studies and Diplomacy and a B.Sc. in Economics, Politics, and International Relations from the University of London.
