Caroline Carr

Caroline is a Project Coordinator with the NDC Partnership providing operational support to the Latin American & Caribbean region and cross-cutting priorities.

Prior to joining WRI, Caroline worked as an institutional support contractor at the United States Agency for International Development's Office of Budget and Resource Management. In addition, she has worked as a refugee resettlement specialist at the Ethiopian Community Development Council and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kampong Cham, Cambodia.

Caroline holds an M.A. in International Affairs Policy & Analysis from American University's School of International Service and a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from the College of the Holy Cross.
