Bui Bich Thuy

Bui Bich Thuy is the NDC Partnership Assistant In-Country Facilitator for Viet Nam. She holds a master's degree on from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium. She has practical experience in project administration, management, and collaboration with diverse partners from different levels of government agencies and private sectors. In her current role, she supports the Department of Climate Change (DCC) under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE). Her work focuses on strengthening coordination functions for Vietnam's climate policy and developing the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) based on the Paris Agreement. Additionally, she also contributes to the Just Energy Transition Partnership (JETP) in Vietnam.
