The Gambia In-Country Facilitator

Buba is a development practitioner, an activist, and a lawyer. He is a progressive, dynamic, and innovative development practitioner with over 18 years of experience in policy advocacy in human rights, governance, democracy, agriculture, climate change, natural resources, food security, and livelihoods to enhance the quality of life for all. As a change agent, he uses policy to transform programmatic efforts that alleviate poverty, inequity, injustices, and human indignity through facilitating processes that lead to interventions and programs that could change the lives and livelihoods of vulnerable groups, contributing to their effective participation in the global economy. Buba is the In-Country Facilitator supporting the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change, and Natural Resources of the Republic of The Gambia.
