Bright Ntare

Bright Ntare, a climate change expert with over 13 years of experience is the dedicated In-Country Facilitator for Rwanda. Holding a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University, Bright crafts innovative strategies for securing climate finance and fortifying investment pipelines. He is embedded in the Ministry of Environment of Rwanda, offering support for the coordination and implementation of Rwanda's Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC).
