Anna Bychkova
Research Assistant/Analyst

Anna Bychkova is a Research Assistant/Analyst based in Washington, D.C., where she performs a cross-cutting role through research, knowledge management, and program management for the NDC Partnership. She previously worked at World Resources Institute as a Climate Adaptation and Resilience Intern with the Resilience and Adaptation Mainstreaming Project (RAMP) and was an intern for the NDC Partnership K&L team in Spring 2022.
Prior to joining WRI, she received her Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Maryland. She completed her capstone on norm diffusion of climate securitization in the global network. She has also held positions with the Maryland State Government and other climate non-profits where she gained a deeper understanding of working with various stakeholders and supporting climate goals through research.
