Rwanda and Germany launch the “Kigali Climate Talks”
On May 9, 2024, NDC Partnership Co-Chair and Minister of Environment Dr. Jeanne d’Arc Mujawamariya and Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany Heike Uta Dettmann launched the Kigali Climate Talks, a quarterly series dedicated to advancing dialogue and action on climate change in Rwanda.
