NDC Partnership Signals United Front for Accelerated Climate Action at COP30
The NDC Partnership issued a declaration at the COP30 reaffirming its commitment to the goals of the Paris Agreement.
22 Nov. 2025, Belém, Brazil — Today at COP30, the NDC Partnership, a coalition of more than 250 countries and institutions, issued a declaration calling for accelerated climate action in order to meet the goals of the Paris Agreement.
This declaration comes at a pivotal moment and sends a signal to the entire climate community: Action is needed now. Escalating climate impacts and a constrained global financial landscape pose challenges to sustaining progress — let alone scaling solutions — to protect lives, strengthen economies and secure social and economic gains worldwide.
Through this declaration, “NDC Action Now — A Call to Action in a Defining Moment,” the NDC Partnership is reaffirming that a diverse coalition of actors intends to accelerate global climate action, ensuring countries have the support they need to cut greenhouse gas emissions and build resilience.
