The SDG Help Desk is a one-stop online service providing access to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG)-related tools, knowledge products, data portals, expertise, advice and opportunities for peer-learning and regional South-South cooperation through thematic areas, covering a multitude of topics. This help desk provides support through its knowledge hub, data portals, technical assistance, community of practice, and toolboxes. The Knowledge Hub allows users can browse thematic areas, access interactive e-learning courses, watch informative videos and search the e-library for publications. The data portals allow users to stay updated by browsing, comparing and downloading data through a variety of statistical data portals. The technical assistance service line lets users request expert advisory services, discover best practices and browse research and training institutes. The community of practice aims to connect users online to communities of experts engaged with the implementation of the 2030 Agenda. The toolbox has models, methodologies and guidance to support policy makers with the implementation of SDGs.
