A Handbook for Integrated Water Resources Management in Basins

This handbook, designed for basin managers, government officials and all of their partners involved in water resources management, provides practical guidance for improving the governance of freshwater resources, particularly through the use of the integrated water resources management approach in lake and river basins, and aquifers. The handbook complements integrated water resources management efforts already in place or planned at both national and international levels.
