By empowering grassroots organizations and community groups, the program seeks to implement transformative ideas that bridge the gap between innovation and practical solutions, driving change from the community to the national and regional levels.
Organizations must meet the following requirements:
1.1 Be a registered not-for-profit, non-religious, non-governmental, and non-political entity.
1.2 Actively operate at the grassroots level for 1 to 3 years.
1.3 Include youth-led, women-led, and marginalized group organizations.
1.4 Demonstrate inclusive, sustainable, and innovative project ideas.
Evaluation Criteria:

Creative and impactful climate justice initiatives.
1.2 Catalytic Potential:
Contributions to climate mitigation or adaptation with scalability.
1.3 Mobilization:
Ability to engage governments and private sectors.
1.4 Sustainability:
Focus on socio-cultural, economic, and environmental sustainability.
1.5 Inclusivity:
Involvement of women, youth, PLWD, minority groups, and indigenous people.
