The Raising Ambition through Partnership (RAP) webinar series highlights successful examples of mitigation and adaptation ambition-raising efforts while promoting exchange and learning to scale impact across the Partnership.

Household and commercial appliances—from refrigerators and air conditioners to lighting and water heaters—are essential to a modern and productive life. At the same time, appliances also represent a significant and growing share of global energy use and related greenhouse gas emissions. Appliance energy efficiency is the climate solution hiding in plain sight – ready to be integrated into the next generation of nationally determined contributions (NDCs) under the Paris Agreement to catalyze cross-cutting climate, health, and economic benefits for people and the planet.

Join the NDC Partnership and CLASP for an engaging session to learn about the role of appliance efficiency in global climate solutions. Learn how to leverage CLASP’s Net Zero Appliances NDC Toolkit to integrate effective, appliance-specific measures into your NDCs, and hear directly from practitioners about their experiences including appliance energy efficiency in national climate plans.
