COP29: Leveraging Article 6 to Transform an Economy - Electrification & Electric Cooking in Burundi

This event will show how Burundi is using Article 6 climate finance to fund rural electrification. It will present a case study of how climate finance can transform an economy by building national infrastructure. The Government of Burundi will discuss the process of implementing a national Article 6 framework, supported by NDC Partnership, and present its flagship rural electrification and clean cooking project to investors.
