COP29: Healthy NDCs - Harnessing NDCs for a Healthy and Sustainable Future

This event will explore opportunities for countries to integrate health in the planning and delivery of their NDCs. Building on the new WHO technical guidance on “Healthy NDCs” and the “Climate Promise” initiative led by UNDP, participants will be empowered to consider health across key components of NDCs, showcasing practical approaches and inspirational experiences from multiple countries. The program will include presentations by technical experts, the sharing of country experiences and an interactive discussion and Q&A session.
