The round table meeting aims to promote exchange and discuss how to advance existing APA partnerships (Tuvalu-Australia; Dominican Republic-Spain), further mobilize support and demonstrate the effectiveness, efficiency, and potential impact of new collaboration models such as the APA in delivering on the call of the UN Secretary-General for a global surge in adaptation financing and to ensure that every vulnerable developing country is supported to develop and implement adaptation investment plans by 2025.
