Jamaica’s Long-Term Emission Reduction and Climate Resilient Strategy (LTS) lays out a clear path to net zero emissions by 2060 or earlier, while generating USD 13.9 billion in net benefits and 26,000 new jobs.
From securing food and coastal resources to safeguarding public health and critical infrastructure, the LTS charts a route toward greater prosperity and resilience for all Jamaicans.
Developed with support from UNDP and the 2050 Pathways Platform through the NDC Partnership, the LTS strengthens resilience across sectors and communities.
