The European Climate Adaptation Platform (CLIMATE-ADAPT)
The Adaptation Support Tool consists of six steps that together help the user explore risks and vulnerability to current and future climate changes, identify and assess adaptation options, develop and implement a climate change adaptation strategy and/or action plan, and monitor its results. Each step of the Adaptation Support Tool consists of a general introduction and a number of more detailed support sections.
