The 2026 ICLEI Transformative Actions Program (TAP) call for projects is open. Running from May 1 to November 15, this initiative helps local and regional governments turn early-stage climate and sustainability concepts into robust, investment-ready realities.
This call is open to subnational governments (cities, towns, and regions) globally.
There are no geographical or size restrictions, and projects can be submitted at any stage of development.
Selected projects receive tailored technical guidance, expert advice, capacity-building, and direct pairing with financial institutions and project preparation facilities (PPFs) to unlock funding)
