Scaling adaptation finance is an urgent priority for climate-vulnerable countries – particularly least developed countries (LDCs) and Small Island Developing States (SIDS). Yet access remains complex, fragmented and insufficient to meet growing needs to accelerate and scale effective, equitable adaptation finance.

Drawing on the "Country-Led Programmatic Approaches for Scaling Adaptation Finance in LDCs and SIDS Policy Brief" from the Center for Access to Climate Finance and a compendium of case studies from the Climate and Development Ministerial, this webinar features new evidence on what is working — and what needs to change to scale effective, equitable adaptation finance.

Participants will gain insights from country experiences on shifting from fragmented projects to more programmatic approaches. The discussion will highlight practical examples of financing innovation and institutional enablers and how to overcome persistent barriers.
