Knowledge Nook Training

This training session introduces participants to the Knowledge Nook (kNook), the NDC Partnership’s knowledge management system.

Through kNook, users can explore trends in developing country members’ requests for support, see where support has been confirmed and identify where additional support is still needed.

Held monthly, these training sessions offer members a chance to learn the system, whether they are learning kNook for the first time, refreshing their knowledge or looking to ask the Support Unit team specific questions.
