Invite Only: Fiji Development Partners Roundtable

The NDC Partnership Support Unit is convening a Partners Roundtable in Fiji, bringing together Government Focal Points, Divisional Officers and development partners to take stock of progress on Fiji’s NDC 3.0 climate action agenda and look ahead to priorities for the next phase of implementation.

The roundtable will showcase progress and impact achieved through NDC Partnership in-country facilitation, including efforts to mobilize climate finance and unlock further support for Fiji. It will provide an opportunity for development partners to share their current and planned work, discuss how support can be better aligned with Fiji’s evolving priorities, and identify additional technical and financial resources to advance NDC 3.0 implementation. The session will also strengthen collaboration and coordination among government and development partners through structured discussion and informal networking.

Objectives

• Keep NDC Partnership partners informed and engaged in Fiji’s NDC 3.0 climate action agenda and progress.
• Highlight the impact of NDC Partnership in-country facilitation support to date.
• Provide an update on climate finance mobilization and the NDC Partnership’s role in unlocking finance for Fiji.
• Create space for partners to share current and planned in-country work and identify available support for Fiji’s priority needs.
• Strengthen relationships among Government Focal Points, Divisional Officers and partners through structured discussion and informal networking.
