COP30: Mitigation Action Facility's Launch of Call for Projects 2026: From Pledges to Projects — Scaling Sectoral Decarbonization

Through the Mitigation Action Facility's focus on ambitious, scalable, and sector-wide climate mitigation projects in energy, industry, and transport, it supports developing countries in translating updated NDCs into investment-ready initiatives. With up to EUR 100 million available under the Call for Projects 2026, the Mitigation Action Facility plays a direct role in bridging the gap between NDC ambition and financial delivery. This high-level event will launch the new Call for Projects 2026 and will provide insights about changes in the Call process, highlight the selection of new projects and will host a networking reception with poster exhibition.
