The World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) and the European Climate Foundation (ECF) will host a half-day workshop during Climate Week: New York, focused on advancing public-private cooperation to unlock transition ambitions. The workshop will explore the potential for collaborative solutions that align national and corporate transition plans, drawing from the COLAB initiative—a framework aimed at fostering public-private cooperation for sustainable transitions, with plans to announce its development at COP29 in Baku and present initial results at COP30 in Belem.

The workshop will bring together leaders from government, business, philanthropy, and finance to exchange knowledge, provide feedback on the COLAB concept, and explore opportunities for deeper collaborations, including the launch of a pilot COLAB at COP29.

More information as well as the registration link is available on the event's dedicated webpage.
