The Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI), the Latin American Climate Initiative (LACLIMA), and New York University (NYU) are hosting a side event titled "Navigating to COP 29 and the road to Belém" during New York Climate Week. 

Sponsored by Instituto Clima e Sociedade (iCS), the event will focus on the progress made since COP 28, the path leading to COP 29 in Baku, and the potential outcomes at COP 30 in Belém. The panel will feature distinguished speakers, including Daniele Voletti (Senior Director of Programmes Coordination of the UNFCCC Secretariat), André Correa do Lago (Brazilian Chief Negotiator), Pablo Vieira (Global Director of the NDC Partnership) and Ilan Goldfjan (President of the Inter-American Development Bank).
