2024 NYC Climate Week - The Adaptation Advantage: Mobilizing the Private Sector for a Climate Resilient World

This event will convene global business leaders, financiers, and governments to discuss practical ways for the private sector to support and finance climate adaptation and resilience (A&R) in ways that benefit both businesses and the planet. Ms. Nigar Arpadarai, the COP29 High Level Champion, will deliver the opening remarks. Speakers will highlight opportunities for the private sector to contribute to the Sharm el-Sheikh Adaptation Agenda (SAA) and explore what is needed to unlock more action and financing.
